Our data centers are all ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISAE 3402 Type II and IDW PS951 certified. All required physical, bio-metrical and logical access controls are in place, with multiple layers of firewalls at these locations.
All access to your data uses SSL encryption for the transport layer, with encrypted keys for session management. All user passwords are stored encrypted — even our support staff cannot access your data. When at rest on our servers, your data is always encrypted.
We run daily backups of our databases and file storage, moved to a secure off-site location. Each repository account has its own dedicated file storage, backed up nightly. All data inside the backups is AES-256 encrypted.
We have real-time 24×7 monitoring and alerting at the application, server and network layers — so issues are detected and addressed before they affect you.
